AI Agent Studio benefits
Easy to create. Ready for complex requirements. Start with your task.
Describe the task
Describe what the Agent should do in plain language. Agent Mode creates a first working configuration you can test and develop further.
Test your first version
Try the Agent in the test chat or by phone. See how it handles customer requests.
Refine in conversation
Ask the AI Assistant to make changes. Adapt the Agent step by step to the conversations and processes you want it to support.
Review every change
Inspect and approve changes before they are applied. Use rollback when needed. Changes remain inspectable and reversible throughout.
Choose how you build
Use Flow-Based Mode to create workflows visually and control individual steps. Choose Agent Mode to start with a description.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is AI Agent Studio?
AI Agent Studio is a dedicated workspace for creating, testing and refining AI Agents. It combines Flow-Based Mode and Agent Mode, with the AI Assistant supporting conversational refinement. Your team knows what customers ask most and how a helpful conversation should work. Describe the Agent’s goals, behaviour and requirements, test the result directly and refine it around your processes and the conversations you want to support.
Start with a task your team understands well and develop your first working Agent step by step.
What changes with Agent Mode?
You start with a description of the Agent’s goals, behaviour and requirements. Agent Mode creates a first working configuration. Test it directly and refine it with the AI Assistant.
Does every Agent need an integration?
No. Simple Agents with little or no third-party integration can follow a self-service path. A first working demo and a production implementation serve different purposes. The demo lets you explore the conversation; live system integration follows as a separate step. For example, demonstrating an address-change conversation does not update a real customer account. Connecting that process to a billing system requires technical implementation and testing before production use.
For complex APIs, third-party systems and individual production designs, talk to our team about technical implementation and the support your use case needs.
Can I still build workflows visually?
Yes. Flow-Based Mode remains available for visual workflow creation and configuration of individual steps. It gives you deterministic control over the sequence. Agent Mode adds a conversational approach alongside it. Both are part of AI Agent Studio, so you can choose the approach that suits your use case and develop the Agent around your processes.
How do I stay in control?
Changes remain inspectable and reversible. Review and approve changes before applying them, and use rollback when needed. Separate development and production endpoints support controlled testing while you refine your Agent and adapt it to requirements.
